Carianne Marshall will join Warner/Chappell Music as COO, it was announced today by Warner/Chappell Chairman & CEO Jon Platt.
Marshall was most recently Partner, Head of Creative Services, and Head of Creative Licensing at SONGS, the prominent independent music publisher, where she worked closely with songwriters such as Lorde, The Weeknd, Diplo, and DJ Mustard, among many others. Beginning in June, Marshall will report to Platt and will be based at the company's Los Angeles headquarters. The move is the latest in a series of appointments made by Platt that have strengthened Warner/Chappell’s global leadership team.
